This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to enhance the digital entrepreneurship competencies of the Pacekulon Village Youth Organization members through training and mentoring based on local economic potential. The implementation employs a participatory approach across five stages: needs identification, digital entrepreneurship training, practical application and mentoring, monitoring and evaluation, and follow-up. The curriculum covers business opportunity identification, the Business Model Canvas, branding, digital marketing, promotional content creation, the use of social media and online marketplaces, and digital security. Results indicate an increase in average knowledge scores from 39.3 in the pre-test to 84.3 in the post-test, while practical assessment scores averaged 82.9, falling into the "good" category. Participants successfully developed business model designs, branding materials, promotional content, and digital catalogs for MSMEs. Participant satisfaction reached 4.43 out of a maximum score of 5. This activity contributes to strengthening the capacity of youth as drivers of local economic digitalization, improving product marketing capabilities, and leveraging potential in agriculture, food sectors, MSMEs, trade, and youth creativity to create more adaptive and sustainable business opportunities
